Zeus operator guide
Zeus processes your Cashramp orders: it greets the customer, moves the money with your phone, checks the payment and closes the order. It reports each step in Telegram and asks you when it needs a decision. This guide shows the messages you will see and what to do about each one.

Names, numbers and order IDs in the examples are made up.
The four parts of Zeus
You do everything in Telegram. The other three parts work behind it.
Your orders
Customers open deposits and withdrawals on your Cashramp account. Zeus sees each one within seconds.
Talks to customers
Zeus greets every customer in the order chat, tells them how to pay, answers their questions, and hands over to you when it is out of its depth.
Moves the money
The Zeus app dials your mobile money menus with your SIMs and passes every payment SMS back to Zeus.
Where you sit
You have two groups. Zeus reports every step there, asks you when it needs a decision, and takes your commands.
Your two groups
Cashramp Control is the order room. Every order gets its own topic. Open a topic to read that order's whole story. The topic closes itself when the order is done.
Zeus Control is the control room. Type commands here. It also holds three standing topics: Important (decisions waiting for you), Unmatched Payments (money Zeus could not tie to an order) and Unparseable Webhooks (SMS it could not read).

What an order looks like, step by step
There are five flows. Choose one below to see it. Each step shows who is acting, what lands in Telegram or in the customer's chat, and whether you need to do anything. Steps marked in colour are yours.
Every message that asks for something, and what to do
Find the message you are looking at and open it.
The switches
Type these in Zeus Control. Zeus answers in the same place you asked. Tap any command on this page to copy it.
Orders
This is the main stop switch. While it is paused Zeus moves no money: it sends no payouts, pulls no cash outs, releases nothing, and refuses the manual send commands. Use it whenever something looks wrong, because a withheld payout can be sent later and a wrong one cannot be taken back. A new Zeus starts paused and will not resume until a phone is paired.
Auto-confirm
On, a withdrawal whose account name matches the customer's name (69% or better) is sent by itself after 10 seconds. Paused, every withdrawal waits for you to tap Yes.
Force auto-confirm
Off by default. On, every withdrawal is sent after 10 seconds whatever the name says. Only a short float stops it. Turn it on only if you accept that.
Phone dialling
Paused, nothing is sent to the phone to dial. Use it when the phone or the network is misbehaving and you want orders to stay visible but untouched.
Chat agent
Off, Zeus still greets customers and processes payments, but it stops answering their messages. You reply in Cashramp yourself.
MTNSIM mode
Agent mode: customers allow cash out and Zeus pulls the deposit from their line. Merchant mode: customers send to your number themselves, with the order ID as reference. Match this to the kind of MTN SIM in the phone.
Correct the agent once and it remembers
When the agent answers a customer in a way you would not, tell it what it should have done. Zeus reads that order's chat, turns your correction into a rule for orders like it, and shows you the rule it saved. The agent follows it from the next conversation on.
A correction tied to one order. The rule applies to the same kind of order: same network, deposit or withdrawal.
A rule for every conversation. Zeus answers "Rule saved. I'll apply this to all future conversations."
Write it the way you would tell a new member of staff. You do not need special wording.
Amount rounding
Cashramp order amounts often end in odd pesewas. With rounding on for a network, Zeus moves every amount on that network to a multiple of 50 pesewas, in the customer's favour: deposits round down and withdrawals round up. The rounded figure is the one Zeus quotes to the customer, dials on the phone, and expects to receive.
| Order amount | Deposit: customer pays | Withdrawal: you send |
|---|---|---|
| 100.30 | 100 | 100.5 |
| 100.60 | 100.5 | 101 |
Rounding costs you up to 40 pesewas an order. With it off, amounts keep their two decimal places.
/rounding alone shows what each network is set to.
Check your float
MTN and Telecel balances with a total, from the last payment SMS Zeus read. Instant.
Makes the phone dial the balance menu now. The answer arrives in a few seconds.
The last few transactions on the line. This is how you check whether a payout really left.
MTN direct pay number
On an agent line, a customer whose own line cannot approve the cash out prompt can ask to pay you directly. Set the number and the name registered on it, and the agent gives them out when a customer asks.
The MTN MoMo number customers pay into.
The name on that number, so the customer can check it before sending.
With no number set, the agent hands those customers to you.

Set your own safety rules
Numbers Zeus must never pay. Add or remove with /blockedpayees add 0241234567 and remove.
Large deposits can wait for your /confirm before release. This shows the limit and whether the check is on. Switch it with /enable-high-value-check and /disable-high-value-check.

Commands that move real money
Use these to pay someone outside an order, or to finish an order Zeus held back. The phone dials as soon as you send the message.
MTN Send to an MTN number
Sends from your MTN line. The reference is required; use the order ID when the payment belongs to one.
Example: /send_money 0241234567 100 B20F3A
Telecel Send to a Telecel number
Sends from your Telecel line. No reference.
Example: /send_money_telecel 0201234567 100
